Welcome to MoonSage Psychology!

Healing for the soul-weary, the wild-hearted, and the quietly overwhelmed.

Therapy that trusts your inner knowing.

Here, we slow down…

We listen…

And we begin to reconnect—with yourself, your truth, and what matters most.

If you’ve landed here, maybe a quiet part of you is noticing:

  • This isn’t working anymore.

  • The constant effort to keep it all together.

  • The exhausting loop of surviving - when what you truly long for is a life that feels more connected and aligned with what matters most.

  • Maybe you’ve always felt a little out of sync with the world around you or maybe your mind works differently—fast, deep, nonlinear, beautifully complex.

At MoonSage Psychology,

There’s space for all parts of you. No fixing. No judgement. Just curiosity, compassion, and a place to be fully seen.

As a therapist, I don’t just understand this work professionally—I live it.
I carry my own experiences with ADHD, Complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and the layered impact of intergenerational trauma as a Treaty 6 Indigenous woman.

I know what it’s like to feel out of step with the world, to wonder if you’re too much, or not enough. I know the exhaustion of just trying to hold it together.

You’re not broken, you’re carrying the weight of what life has asked of you.

And if you’ve been feeling disconnected, anxious, exhausted, numb, or simply lost

I see you. And you don’t have to do this alone.

Together,

We’ll tend to the parts of you that have been silenced, dismissed, or left on autopilot for too long.

We’ll listen to your body’s wisdom. We’ll meet your shadows with gentleness.

And we’ll explore what matters to you, what gets in the way, and how to move toward a life that feels more spacious, authentic, and sustainable.

Let’s work with what’s real—not what’s “expected.
